Quelles sont les différentes offres d’abonnements proposées ?

EDLI offers its customers several subscription options:

A seasonal subscription and targeted subscriptions, (Beauty/Detox, Vitality/Immunity and Digestion) at prices of 19.90 euros TTC per month or 49.90 euros TTC per quarter included delivery.

These subscription plans are indefinite. Subscriptions allow you to subscribe or subscribe to a third party. Payment for these subscriptions will be made monthly or quarterly depending on the customer’s choice.

A subscription per product, monthly subscription, every two months, quarterly or every 4 months depending on the customer’s choice, these subscriptions are indefinite.

The first payment, regardless of the subscription, is made at the time of subscription and by direct debit between the 15th and the last day of the month and depending on the periodicity chosen.

All subscriptions are terminated at any time (see our CGVs).

Fréquence de livraison

The frequency of delivery depends on the payment method chosen:

Vous will receive 1 product per month excluding the two months of private consultation (January and July).

  • “Seasonal Subscription” quarterly payment at 49.90

You will receive 3 products in spring and autumn and 2 products plus 1 private consultation in winter and summer.

 

  • “Targeted Subscription” monthly payment at 19.90

You will receive 1 product per month excluding the two months of private consultation (February and August).

  • “Targeted Subscription” quarterly payment at 49.90

Vous will receive 3 products per quarter excluding the two months of private consultation (February and August).

Comment modifier mon adresse de livraison ?

To change a delivery address, go to “My Account,” then “My Addresses” and click “Edit” to correct your delivery address. The change of address will only be effective for your next orders.

If you have just placed an order and want to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at serviceclient@edli-nature.com.

We will respond as soon as possible to ensure the correct delivery address.

Je n'ai pas reçu mon coffret, est-ce normal ?

It is possible that the package got lost, that the address is bad or it takes a little time to find its way. In that case, send us a message to serviceclient@edli-nature.com

Comment faire si mon coffret arrive avec des produits détériorés ?

If a product is damaged, send us a photo of the damage to the serviceclient@edli-nature.com address within fifteen (15) days after receiving the package so that we can find a solution together.

Quels sont les modes de paiements acceptés ?

You can pay online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via your Paypal account. Online payment is completely secure and our stripe banking provider guarantees the confidentiality of your banking information.

You will be charged at the time of order, The withdrawal of subscriptions is made on the 15th of the month according to the periodicity (monthly, every two months, quarterly, or every four months). If your bank refuses payment, a second attempt will be made automatically within the following days (3 or 4 days).

Several solutions and reasons for this. First of all, you can change or check your banking information in your space at any time. Also consider updating your card, if it expires or if you’ve had to object.

If the first attempt to collect is inconclusive, we make several attempts in the following days until the 20th of the month, when the attempts stop and your amount goes into “unpaid”. Your subscription may be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible by email at the following address serviceclient@edli-nature.com

We do not have the option to change the collection date because the whole system is automated for simplicity.
